This week's resources – Checking in on your work-life balance
It is important for your well-being and mental health that you have a healthy work-life balance. Often people are unsure how to check to see if they have a good work-life balance, and if they feel it needs to be improved, they don’t know where to start. ![]()
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) has a quiz you can take to give you an indicator on this. They also share tips and resources on how to help make it easier to strike a balance. These are generalized for people working in various professions, therefore see which tips and resources you may be able to implement and access in your role. ![]()
